Our Inventory has Sold Out

Thank you for your support as our inventory in Nicole Place and Hedge Rose has sold out.  The investor interest in these two subdivisions was high. Both are located near the epicenters of employment companies like Google and Amazon with modest property taxes, retail demand, and strong rentals.

You can expect to see more inventory become available in the locations listed below.

  • Mallard Park -located in Walls, MS
  • Creekwood -Byhalia, MS,
  • Rasco Farms – Southaven, MS,
  • Chateau Ridge (Olive Branch, MS) – subdivision to start in Q3 2021
  • Cedar Bluffs (Olive Branch, MS) –  subdivision will have inventory available coming Q4 2021.
