Vacancy and maintenance are killers of income property profits. Meridian has focused on building the kinds of homes that families want to stay in (beautiful design, near the best schools, etc) which reduces vacancy. They have also made materials choices that reduce maintenance and the costs of tenant turnover. My choice to invest in Meridian built homes has been great for my family.

We purchased our first property from Meridian thirteen years ago (in 2012). At that time, they were a relatively young company that renovated existing properties to sell to investors along with their property management services. They gradually moved into new construction and I believe there total focus today is new construction properties. Their new construction houses are beautiful and very high quality.

Meridian's property management service has grown with their business and has always been excellent. They are on top of things and nothing languishes. They employ some of their own service personnel to address the simpler maintenance issues to keep costs down and provide quick service to tenants.

I would highly recommend Meridian Pacific Properties to any investor looking to improve their real estate portfolio. Having owned and managed several of my own rental properties in California, I greatly appreciate having a full-service company take care of all of the work for me. Meridian offers well-built homes, a responsive property management team and my returns on their TN homes are nearly twice what I was making in CA. The first two properties I purchased have performed so well that I am currently in the process of purchasing a third. It’s a much safer investment than anything else available today.
